Exchange Policy

At Señor, we want to make sure you love what you wear. If you need a different size or product, we’re happy to offer an exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the original condition you received them.
  • Items must be returned in the same original box in which they were delivered.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

How to Request an Exchange:

  1. Email us at support@senorcloset.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include your order number, the item you wish to exchange, and the preferred size or product.
  3. Once approved, we’ll send you instructions for the exchange process.

Important Notes:

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Note: Señor reserves the right to deny exchanges that do not meet the above criteria.
